T\u00fcrkiye bu tavsiyelerin 15\u2019ini kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f, 22\u2019sini kabul etmi\u015ftir.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz Darbe Giri\u015fimi \u00f6ncesinde zaten vahim olan ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tablosu, Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Hal\u2019in ilan edilmesinden sonraki d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn tamamen kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir duruma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini gazetede, medyada, sosyal medyada a\u00e7\u0131klayan \u00e7ok say\u0131da ki\u015fi ise bu nedenle ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle ili\u015fkilendirilmektedir. Do\u011fal olarak i\u015fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f a\u00e7\u0131klamak, de\u011ferlendirme yapmak olan yazarlar, akademisyenler ve insan haklar\u0131 savunucular\u0131 bu dalgadan en \u00e7ok etkilenen kesimi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>15 Temmuz darbe giri\u015fimi ard\u0131ndan 19 Temmuz 2016 tarihinde ilan edilen ve iki y\u0131l s\u00fcren OHAL d\u00f6neminde h\u00fck\u00fcmet, uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerden do\u011fan baz\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinde k\u0131s\u0131tlamaya gitti. BM Ki\u015fisel ve Siyasal Haklar S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fczenleyen 19.
